Sushi Chef
We are located in Sherwood, Oregon.
Some experience in the Sushi restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Wage is depended on experience and skill of candidate $19-$27/hr. Tips are included after training period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing and maintaining your own knives.
Taking orders from guests and servers.
Prepare Sushi (Sashimi, Nigiri, Rolls, ect.) with high quality and cleanliness.
Willing to cross train and/or assist other chefs.
Follow orders from team leads and owner
Keep working area clean and organized at all times
Store and maintain quality of fish, foods and cooking materials at high standards.
Qualifications:
2 Years of experiences preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand working during 8 hour shifts.
Have valid Oregon Food Handler License
