Services are offered via a hybrid program, combining clinic based, in home and community settings. Behavior Technicians will work one-on-one with clients collecting data and carrying out programs. Other duties include:\nBuilding and maintaining a positive environment for clients while reinforcing desirable behaviors\nAble to build a good rapport with children\nEngage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy program\nFollow set protocol and implement the program/activities developed by the Case Manager and/or Director\nTake accurate notes and data on each activity\nParticipate in monthly meetings including regular staff trainings\nMaintain HIPAA compliance at all times, across all settings\nWork in clinic, home, community, and school settings.\nQualifications:\nMust be energetic and creative! - BA/BS degree preferred but not required\nExperience with young children a plus!\nMust be timely, reliable, make a minimum 1-year commitment\nMust have daily and reliable access to an insured vehicle\nCurrent TB test and fingerprinting required upon hiring\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment. Must be able to assume, maintain and quickly shift between a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing, bending & running) for extended periods of time. Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
