Trueline's client, a growing transportation and infrastructure consulting firm supporting major public transit initiatives, is seeking a Project/Construction Manager - Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) to join their team in the Seattle, Washington area. This is a highly visible opportunity to lead complex transit infrastructure projects while helping expand the firm's long-term presence in the Pacific Northwest market.What You'll Do as the Project/Construction Manager - BRT:Lead construction-phase execution for Bus Rapid Transit and transportation infrastructure projectsManage schedules, budgets, contractor performance, quality control, and project coordination activitiesCollaborate with engineering teams, transit agencies, municipalities, contractors, and operations stakeholdersSupport operational readiness and transit service implementation effortsIdentify and resolve field construction issues related to scope, schedule, safety, constructability, and costOversee stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships across public and private project teamsCoordinate procurement activities, risk management efforts, and project reportingRepresent the company as a key regional leader supporting long-term market growth initiativesMust-Haves as the Project/Construction Manager - BRT:5+ years of project or construction management experience within transportation, infrastructure, heavy civil, or public works projectsStrong experience managing active construction operations and contractor coordinationBackground supporting complex infrastructure or transit-related programsKnowledge of project delivery methods, scheduling, construction processes, and contract administrationExperience working with public agencies, municipalities, or transit authoritiesStrong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and project stakeholdersNice-to-Haves as the Project/Construction Manager - BRT:Direct Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project experienceExperience supporting rail, transit, or public transportation infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with Washington State transportation regulations and permitting requirementsHeavy civil or utility infrastructure experienceExperience working within the Pacific Northwest marketBackground in civil engineering, construction management, or transportation systemsOur Client Offers:Base salary target of $140,000-$155,000 with flexibility for exceptional candidatesRelocation assistance availableMedical, dental, and vision coverage with employer contributionSimple IRA with company matchCell phone reimbursementPaid holidays and vacation timePaid volunteer day annuallyLong-term advancement opportunities into senior leadership rolesOpportunity to help shape major transportation infrastructure growth initiatives in SeattleTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
