This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.\r\nPosition Summary\r\nThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering DMA's technology solutions and services. This role manages resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, coordinate releases, and maintain alignment with strategic goals.\r\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities\r\nScope, plan, and execute projects in collaboration with business stakeholders.\r\nEstablish realistic estimates and timelines; ensure projects remain on target.\r\nCoordinate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources.\r\nCollaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and clients to define functional and non-functional requirements.\r\nLead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA/QC meetings.\r\nProvide leadership and guidance to coach and motivate team members.\r\nOversee deployment of solution upgrades, enhancements, and fixes.\r\nEnsure documentation is prepared and published.\r\nFacilitate communication across distributed teams to optimize resource utilization.\r\nProvide project status reports to business leadership.\r\nEducation And Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.\r\n3+ years of project management or leadership experience.\r\nStrong leadership and project management skills.\r\nStrong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nProven problem-solving skills and experience supporting client-facing solutions.\r\nHands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.\r\nPMP certification through PMI is a plus and encouraged for professional development.\r\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
