This role will be a pioneer in Blackbaud’s pursuit to become partner-obsessed and platform-focused. This highly motivated individual will bring a disciplined sales approach while strengthening our relationships. Strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills will be key assets as you translate partner profitability into Blackbaud business impact.This role will be responsible for establishing end-to-end business plans with our top partners while building support internally to fuel stronger partner engagement with greater investment.What You'll DoBuild and execute partner business plans focused on short- and long-term goals to impact revenue while driving partner profitabilityExecute co-sell engagement to achieve short-term objectives from booked revenue to retentionEvangelize partner solutions and capability across the sales organization, clearly articulating the partner value proposition while fostering proactive engagement with field sellersIncrease commitment from field sellers to scale through partnership; execute integrated selling initiatives; combine resources to market, sell & deliver solutionsInfluence executive partner relationships as a trusted advisor with empathy and authentic careDrive quarterly business review and other ROBs to track progress against goals and commitments; collaborate for revenue and scorecard impactEstablish territory sales plans and drive monthly pipeline reviews to ensure successMeasure and manage partners’ success to maximize win-win results and strategic investmentsReview and assess the technology industry and landscape regularly, looking for key trends, shifts in market leadership, and new disruptive cloud technologiesOrganize and orchestrate co-sell days with Blackbaud sales teams to drive excellence through a structured, data-driven approachWhat You'll Bring7+ years of experience in achieving revenue through business development of SaaS solutions3+ years of software and cloud solution-based sales to senior business decision makersExecutive presence to influence and impact clients and partner executivesFluency in industry trends with an eye on market insight, technical conditions, and future directionDemonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projectsInnovative sky’s-the-limit thinking with the ability to envision and architect new GTM motionsNumber Of Openings Available1The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $115,000.00 to $151,600.00.
