What you'll own
Community and audience growth
Own Deployflow's community growth strategy end-to-end (plus hands-on execution)
Grow our presence on LinkedIn, and other social media channels
Build a consistent content engine from
internal expertise (DevOps / Cloud / IT / AI)
ecosystem conversations
events and collaborations
Ecosystem outreach and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with
founders, CTOs, operators
VCs, accelerators, community leads, tech influencers
Own outreach for
collaborations
podcast / event opportunities
Events and speakers
Own a recurring events programme (virtual + occasional in-person)
Manage speaker pipeline
outreach
briefing
coordination
Create high-signal sessions (CTO-friendly, practical, relevant)
Community ops + growth loops
Build systems and playbooks
planning rhythm
templates
tracking
follow-up motions
Ensure community becomes a repeatable engine, not one-off effort
Collaboration
Work closely with
Growth Marketing Manager (strategy alignment)
Founders (voice + ecosystem credibility)
Sales team (feedback loop and pipeline relevance)
Tech experts (content depth)

proven experience building B2B tech communities in the UK
strong event programming + speaker management ability

strong organisation + consistent execution habits

experience in DevOps/Cloud/IT ecosystem, VC/accelerator partnerships, CTO roundtables.
