Bala Cynwyd, PA (Philadelphia Area) – OnsiteWe're supporting a highly sophisticated, data-driven organization to hire an experienced Technical Systems Analyst to join their HR Technology & Shared Services team. This is a critical, hands-on role supporting compensation systems within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.This position is hybrid onsite in the Bala Cynwyd area and requires candidates who are either local or willing to be present in the office 3+ days per week given the nature of the work and stakeholder interaction.The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of business and technology, acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and engineering teams. You'll take ownership of the technical landscape supporting compensation processes—driving enhancements, ensuring system performance, and helping shape future-state solutions.You'll be involved in a mix of project-based work and ongoing system support, with visibility across multiple business functions and the opportunity to influence how compensation platforms evolve.What You'll Be DoingLead implementation and enhancement initiatives across compensation-related systemsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsSupport and maintain applications, including configurations, upgrades, and deploymentsManage data flows and integrations, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systemsAnalyze and improve existing processes within compensation workflowsCollaborate closely with development teams across the full SDLCCreate and maintain clear project documentation and reportingWhat We're Looking For~7+ years' experience in Technical Business Analysis / Systems Analysis or similarStrong background supporting HR, Compensation, or Payroll systems (5+ years preferred)Proven experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Lean environmentsStrong SQL skills (non-negotiable)Experience with data integrations and tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Scribe, etc. is a plusExposure to compensation planning systems or models is highly beneficialPrior product or project ownership experience is a plusWhy This Role?This is a chance to join a highly analytical, technology-forward environment where systems are complex, the work is meaningful, and the impact is tangible.
