We are currently seeking a Machine Operator who is self-motivated, a fast learner with high energy to join our team.\nSkill Requirements:\nExperience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. CNC/Lathe/Cold Form experience is a bonus but not required.\nMechanically minded and comfortable with basic use of hand tools for repairs, troubleshooting, changeovers, and maintenance of machines.\nWorking knowledge of part quality and ability to use measuring equipment and record data, including reading, writing, and speaking English.\nFlexible to work daily overtime and weekends as needed (normal operation is Monday-Friday).\nReliable transportation.\nImmediate availability with a great attendance record.\nFast learner, self-motivated, and high energy.\nPhysical Requirements:\nCapable of continuous standing/walking for 8-hour periods.\nGood vision to ensure product quality and employee safety.\nCapable of continuous bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.\nMust successfully pass pre-employment and routine drug testing.\nCompensation:\nPay rate starts at $15.50/hr. and includes a 10% shift premium for hours worked on 2nd or 3rd shifts ($15.50 + $1.55 shift premium = $17.05).\nCandidate must be flexible to work any shift.\nTraining on first shift, then move to second or third shift.\nWork Environment:\nWarehouse environment, not climate controlled.\nFloor fans are always running, and bay doors are always up.\nMust be able to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.\nShift Hours:\n1st shift: 7am-3pm\n2nd shift: 3pm-11pm\n3rd shift: 11pm-7am\nBenefits: JobForce believes in prioritizing your health.
