If you can run multiple pieces of equipment and take pride in safe, efficient work, this is your chance to join a solid crew and build a long-term career.\r\nEssential Responsibilities\r\nOperate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, water trucks, and support/utility equipment\r\nSupport loading, hauling, and dumping operations to keep production moving\r\nSafely build and maintain pioneer and access roads in rough terrain\r\nLoad trucks efficiently and set up dumps to optimize cycle times\r\nComplete pre-trip inspections and daily Field Level Hazard Assessments\r\nMaintain equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs\r\nCommunicate clearly with team members across the site\r\nQualifications\r\nExperience operating dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, haul trucks, water trucks, and utility equipment preferred\r\nExperience in mining, heavy civil, or construction environments is an asset\r\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\r\nValid MSHA Part 48 (surface, metal/non-metal) required\r\nMust pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing\r\nWork Conditions\r\nRotating shifts, 10-12 hour per day\r\nOvertime paid after 40 hours\r\nSteady, site-based work with long-term opportunities\r\nDaily Living Out Allowance (LOA) if applicable\r\nHealth and wellness benefits, plus 401(k) matching\r\nOutdoor work in all weather conditions\r\nAdditional Information\r\nLedcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
