About The Role: As the Givzey Accounting Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our business moving at high speed. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll be the detail-obsessed, process-driven powerhouse ensuring our financials are accurate, timely, and ready to support our next big move. What You’ll Do Be the go-to for invoicing and lead monthly revenue recognition reconciliations Keep accounts receivable on point—managing aging reports, credits, collections, and customer communication Oversee accounts payable, ensuring vendors are set up, approved, documented, and weekly AP batches are on time Manage daily cash posting and monthly bank reconciliations Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card activity Own the month-end close process, including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities Document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Play a key role in system implementations or optimizations (e.g. ERP, billing, or expense tools) Support annual financial audits What You Bring Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards Excel wizardry plus an eye for automation and efficiency Laser-sharp attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture Comfort juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication Ability to work independently in a remote environment Why Join Us?
