Bachelor's or master’s degrees in information technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nCertifications:\nOne or more Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE, Windows Server, Azure Administrator).\nOne or more security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or related security certifications).\nExperience:\nExperience in Windows/SQL systems administration.\nAdvanced proficiency in Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory architecture.\nProficiency in SQL Server Enterprise Edition administration and performance optimization.\nStrong knowledge of PAM concepts, including privileged account management, session monitoring, and credential vaulting.\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting; experience with Python or Bash for custom integrations.\nHands-on experience with PAM tools.\nWorking knowledge of AWS services (EC2, IAM, VPC, networking).\nUnderstanding of security controls and compliance requirements.\nDemonstrated experience developing custom scripts or integrations for enterprise systems.\nExperience with PAM technology implementation or administration.\nExperience building and documenting SOPs for systems or processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience in restricted or air-gapped environments.\nSQL Server or PAM vendor certifications.\nWhat you can expect from us:\nBCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
