You should be able to look at an issue involving scope, schedule, budget, drawings, procurement, or construction and determine the appropriate next step.\n\nRequired / Strongly Preferred Qualifications\n3+ years of construction Project Management experience\nDemonstrated responsibility for project scope, budget/costs, schedules, change orders, and customer or contractor coordination\nWorking knowledge of construction plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders\nExperience independently managing projects and making critical day-to-day decisions\nAbility to identify project risks and bring forward both the problem and a recommended solution\nExperience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously\nStrong understanding of construction processes and project sequencing\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHighly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams\nExperience That Could Be a Great Fit\n\nCandidates may come from backgrounds including:\n\nCommercial construction\nDesign-build construction\nModular or prefabricated construction\nPublic works construction\nManufacturing-related construction\nSpecialty construction\nGeneral contracting\n\nAn associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required when equivalent experience is demonstrated.\n\nPMP, CAPM, CMIT, or similar certifications are a plus but are not required.\n\nTechnology\n\nExperience with the following is helpful:\n\nMicrosoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams\nSalesforce CRM\nMission Control or similar project management platforms\nAdobe Acrobat\nSharePoint\nElectronic document-control and shared-drive systems\n\nExperience with the company's specific systems is not required; the ability to learn and consistently use project management and documentation tools is more important.\n\nWork Environment & Travel\n\nThis is an on-site position based in Minden, NV and is primarily office-based.\n\nUnlike a traditional construction PM position where you may spend most of your week driving between jobsites, the company's production and construction operations are located at the Minden facility.
