Construction Safety ManagerThe role involves serving as a field-level representative for health and safety on state-of-the-art hyperscale data center projects. The position requires delivering high-level advisory support and fostering a culture of safety excellence in alignment with the company's commitment to achieving "Olympic-Level" safety performance.Required Skills & QualificationsPreferred certifications: Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or other relevant safety designations.5 years of experience in health and safety management, with a focus on construction or project environments, ideally within hyperscale data center projects.Proven track record of engaging effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and strong relationship-building capabilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.Guide GC leadership in safety practices and facilitate training sessions.Supportive leadership for GCs to meet safety expectations.Influence without directing to empower GC teams.Demonstrated ability to lead by example, influencing and motivating others to prioritize safety and uphold high standards of performance.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in fostering best practices in safety standards.Ability to promote a growth mindset within teams.Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with the company's global construction safety requirements.Conduct site observations and reporting to assess compliance with safety protocols.Engage in planning meetings to ensure safety considerations are integrated into all project phases.Guide GC leadership in safety practices and facilitate training sessions.Supportive leadership for GCs to meet safety expectations.Influence without directing to empower GC teams.Engagement with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.Fostering best practices by researching and implementing industry best practices.Embrace a growth mindset to promote continuous learning and adaptability.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive hourly rate.Opportunity to work on state-of-the-art data center projects.Collaborative and innovative work environment.
