We operate as a white-label extension of an advisor’s team, handling client service, operational workflows, and transition support. We are a small, high-performing team. You will work directly with founders and play a meaningful role in how we deliver for our clients.What You’ll DoAct as a central point of coordination for client requests, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up Draft and send polished, professional communication on behalf of advisorsManage workflows across multiple clients, tracking requests, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed Support account onboarding, asset transfers, and ongoing client account maintenanceMaintain accurate, well-organized client records and documentationCoordinate across internal teams to move work forward and resolve issues efficientlyInterface with custodians and third-party platforms to complete client-related tasks and transactionsSupport transition projects as needed, helping coordinate account onboarding, asset transfers, and multi-party communication to ensure transitions are completed accurately and on scheduleAssist in preparing client-facing materials and documentation as neededIdentify inefficiencies and proactively improve processesWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years in client service, operations, or project coordinationStrong written communicationHigh attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong judgment and follow-through Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.Nice to HaveCRM experience (Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail)Familiarity with Fidelity Wealthscape or AdvyzonStrong Excel skillsExperience with multi-step workflows or documentation-heavy processesExposure to financial servicesWhat This Role Is NotNot investment analysisNot financial modelingNot a passive support roleCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceIf you are highly organized, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work, this role will be a strong fit.
