The Director of Operations will oversee and improve daily business operations, analyze workflow for efficiency, manage teams, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, performance monitoring, forecasting and planning. You must also be able to manage and optimize the current team. The role requires strategic planning and actionable execution to support company growth.QualificationsProven expertise in Operations Management and strong Analytical SkillsExperience in Team Management and advanced leadership abilitiesProficiency in Budgeting and financial planningStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfactionExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldPrevious experience in fast-growing small businesses is a plus
