Monitor Monitor students’ behavior to maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus Speak and act with authority to ensure passengers of all ages follow instructions, supporting safety for everyone Be well-versed in proper emergency protocols should an accident or other incident occur Communicate with parents, guardians, teachers or other adults on the bus Record rider attendance or detail incidents that occur on the bus Provide support for special needs riders in some situations Other Requirements: Must be 18 years of age.
