By combining modern technology with strict compliance standards, we empower institutions to stay competitive while meeting customer demands for digital investing.Position SummaryWe are seeking an Engineering Integration Manager to lead our integrations team. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for integrating our platform with financial institutions, SaaS systems, and partner platforms. You will drive best practices for scalable, secure APIs and data pipelines, mentor engineers, and ensure successful collaboration across internal teams and external partners. This is a fully remote position within the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of integration engineers.Define and own the technical strategy for partner and banking integrations.Collaborate with product, client success, and external partners to scope requirements and deliverables.Ensure secure, high-quality, and compliant integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across functional areas.Establish best practices for repeatable, reliable integration processes.Support SaaS implementation projects and financial services clients.Qualifications5+ years of software engineering experience.2+ years of leadership or engineering management experience.Strong API design and third-party integration expertise.Experience with digital banking or SaaS integrations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Startup or Agile team experience.Why Join UsInnovative, high-impact work in fintech.
