Job title: ServiceNow Administrator Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany Clearance: Secret Certifications: CompTIASecurity+CE and ServiceNow Administration Certification Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Job description: Ideal candidate will have eight (8) years of IT related experience ServiceNow platform administration and customization ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard ServiceNow Workflow design and automation ServiceNow Integration with external systems Application of ServiceNow updates and patches Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application. Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and pdates Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Education: Bachelor's (Required) License/Certification: Service Now Certification (Required) CompTIA Security+ (Required) Security clearance: Secret (Required) Ability to Relocate: Remote: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Remote
