The Senior Software Developer will support the deployment of new technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of the functions, strategy, and operations under limited supervision and will provide guidance to more junior members of the team.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDevelop applications using Java, Struts, JavaScript, Velocity, Android Studio, Flutter, and Oracle SQL\r\nDevelop using technologies such as HTML5, CSS, jQuery, MVC, AJAX, and XML\r\nDefines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.\r\nDesign and develop user interfaces\r\nSupport development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.\r\nSupport users by developing documentation and assistance tools.\r\nPerform QA for pre-deployment activities\r\nUtilize Agile development methodologies\r\nResponsible for computer programming, documenting, managing configuration, testing, and bug fixing. Involved in creating and maintaining applications and frameworks involved in a software release life cycle, resulting in a software product\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent discipline and 6+ years of relevant work experience OR 8+ years of experience without a relevant degree.\r\n5+ years of experience with Java and JavaScript\r\n3+ years of experience with SQL\r\nExperience with Web application development and object-oriented programming\r\nExperience with Struts 1, Velocity, Oracle 12, and Bootstrap\r\nExperience with Linux or Unix operating systems\r\nSecret Clearance\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\r\nStrong working experience in all phases of the SDLC, and EW data analysis/library products to support automated tool development is strongly preferred\r\nMust be well organized, an effective communicator at multiple levels, and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications\r\nMust be capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for proficient execution of tasks\r\nMust be capable of managing multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment\r\nMust be able to speak effectively before groups of internal and/or external customers or employees\r\nAbility to use version control and collaborative tools\r\nAbility to travel\r\nBenefits\r\nWe offer a broad range of benefits.\r\nTeleworking Permitted?\r\nYes\r\nTeleworking Details\r\n100% remote in the DMV area\r\nEstimated Salary/Wage\r\nUSD $131,600.00/Yr.
