This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management platform, and enterprise desktop environment.\nThe ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience supporting Microsoft technologies and enjoys solving technical challenges while providing outstanding customer service. This position will work closely with the Help Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and well-managed IT environment.
