Expect to lead API-driven service development, orchestrate automated data flows, design resilient pipelines, and deliver modular UI components—all supported by modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring).\n\nYou’ll also operate in a rapid-prototyping culture where experimentation, speed, and ownership are the norm. Some travel (WA, India, China) expands your influence well beyond the Michigan.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nBuild and launch digital manufacturing software applications that improve operational performance\n\nAutomate business and production transactions to increase speed and reliability\n\nEngineer system parameters that ensure error-proof, consistent execution\n\nDrive testing, validation, and documentation to maintain solution quality\n\nDeploy data-collection capabilities that enable real-time insights and process optimization\n\nSupport software applications through post go-live and occasional on-call support\n\nRequired qualifications:\n\n3+ years with C#.NET and MS SQL\n\nSolid full-stack development experience\n\nStrong GitHub/TFS/VSO version control experience\n\nExcellent communication skills with technical and non-technical groups\n\nBS in Computer Science or related field preferred\n\nSkills to be successful in the role:\n\nProficiency with object-oriented programming: C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, jQuery\n\nExperience with Blazor, MudBlazor , or GCP BigQuery is a plus\n\nManufacturing exposure is a major advantage\n\nFamiliarity with 21 CFR , FDA validation, and cGMP helpful\n\nStrong architecture experience for mobile web applications\n\nETL, data cleansing, staging, and validation experience\n\nExposure to cloud tech, Agile, or DevOps\n\nExperience with S88/ISA95 is beneficial\n\nBroad system experience across:\n\nAnalytics: Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft BI, SQL\n\nSupply Chain: ERP, PLM\n\nOperational Tech: MES, MOM, OSI PI, LIMS, OPC, Simulation\n\nControl Systems: DCS, SCADA, IoT devices\n\nCompliance: FDA / CFR 21 Part 11\n\nWhat’s special about this team:\nYou’ll join a tight-knit, highly technical engineering team that’s directly influencing how global manufacturing operates.
