About us Spik My Language is a community/home based private practice specializing in the early intervention population. Spik My Language strives to share knowledge and provide speech and language services to a growing and diverse infant and toddler population, ultimately establishing a developmentally sound foundation in a community-based setting. Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours Spik My Language is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (Bilingual preferred: Spanish) to join our team in Loudoun County, VA (Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg) The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with infants and toddlers with speech, language, & feeding disorders Experience working with infants and toddlers in the autism spectrum Experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities A passion for working with the birth to three population and families using a caregiver coaching model Experience with a primary service provider service delivery model A positive attitude and passion for natural learning environment practices A strong desire to be part of a team committed to supporting the infant and toddler community and their families Responsibilities: Create treatment plans that are based on the individualized needs of each child and family. This includes developing individualized goals for each child or family based on age, developmental level, communication needs, family priorities, and other specific needs. Providing services in the child’s natural environments (e.g., where the child would be if they did not have a developmental delay) and integrate services into the child and family’s daily routines and activities Providing services that are family centered, reflect a primary provider approach, and be delivered in accordance with the adult learning strategies promoted by ITC-Loudoun and the State Part C office.
