Program Services - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

CAU Nursing Team Lpn Opportunity Responsible for ensuring the coordination of quality medical services for members with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Education / Experience: LPN license required. Minimum one year experience. Job tasks include: Completes medical audits appropriately Maintains effective member/program relations Ensures a high level of quality assurance regarding members' medical needs, etc. Thoroughly documents all member medical/health issues and situations Maintains program operations and facilitates program development Cooperates with agency, legal authorities and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation Ensures compliance with all required state and federally mandated background and exclusion checks including but not limited to criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting), Central Registry, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI), and motor vehicle checks Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic All other duties as assigned Shifts: Various shifts, evenings and weekends as required.
