While this position is remote, preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast to support collaboration across our core business hours.\nThe Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of deliverables across Cascadience, including digital product development, launch readiness, marketing initiatives, operational projects, vendor management, and organizational growth efforts.\nThis position is assignment focused on supporting the successful launch and operationalization of Volio, an AI-powered mobile application designed to support neurodivergent students. Following launch, the role is expected to expand into broader program management responsibilities across Cascadience's portfolio of products, services, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.\nSUMMARY OF JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS\nProgram & Execution Management\nOwn and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across product, marketing, operations, and partnerships\nMaintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks\nEnsure delivery against priorities, scope, and deadlines across all workstreams\nIdentify risks early.\nProduct & Vendor Coordination\nServe as primary liaison between Cascadience and external development vendors\nEnsure alignment between business goals and technical execution\nDrive clarity on requirements, decisions, and dependencies\nMarketing & Launch Execution\nCoordinate launch-related marketing activities, campaigns, content, and outreach initiatives\nAlign marketing timelines with product readiness and operational capacity\nProcess & Policies\nSupport execution of operational improvements, systems, and organizational initiatives\nMaintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools\nImprove visibility, structure, and accountability across workstreams\nStakeholder & Executive Communication\nProvide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and priorities\nTranslate project progress into clear, actionable reporting\nFacilitate alignment across internal teams, vendors, and advisors\nEnsure decisions and next steps are documented and executed\nORGANIZATIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\n· Uphold all Cascadience policies, procedures, and practices. Report any incident of potential discrimination or harassment or safety incident as directed in the employee handbook.\n· Maintain confidentiality of all program members/prospective members and staff private information, as well as confidentiality of proprietary agency and project/product information, plans/strategies, operations.\n· Represent Viability positively and accurately internally and externally. Uphold Viability’s best interests.\n· Uphold dignity and inclusion for all.
