Find your future with us.\r\nBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (Level K) to join the E-7 Mission Systems (MS) Program Management team in Tukwila, WA or Oklahoma City, OK.\r\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Advanced E-7 Program within MS. This leadership position will oversee a subset of the Mission Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) and provide program management across several key areas, ensuring alignment of engineering efforts with program goals.\r\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing program execution in diverse mission systems areas such as Sensor Integration, EO/IR, Self Protection, Electronic Support Measures (ESM), Mission Computing hardware, and Sensor Performance Analysis.\r\nPosition Responsibilities\r\nManages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.\r\nDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.\r\nAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.\r\nDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.\r\nProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.\r\nEstablishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan. Manages, develops and motivates employees.\r\nBoeing First-Line Leader Assessment\r\nTo be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
