You'll handle moderate machine setups and optimize machine parameters/inputs in your work centers with limited oversight. Your assignments will be moderately complex, requiring judgment in resolving issues and making routine suggestions.This is a full-time position and standard hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:\r\nPerform basic machine setups and routine preventive maintenance.\r\nOperate and set up manufacturing processes, optimizing parameters and inputs.\r\nConduct basic troubleshooting of production tools, tooling, and test equipment.\r\nManage inventory and enter data.\r\nRead and work from drawings, blueprints, and shop paperwork.\r\nCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.\r\nCross-train to enable movement between work centers.\r\nMay Perform:Shelf life and calibration tasks.\r\nTraining to progressing employees.\r\nPreferred Education and Experience:At least two years of experience working in a production environment\r\nThe ability to follow written and verbal instructions\r\nA strong regard for safety of yourself and your team members\r\nPossess good hand/eye coordination; attention to detail\r\nBasic computer and math knowledge\r\nAbility to work and communicate in a team atmosphere\r\nA cooperative, eager to learn attitude\r\nAvailability to work overtime as needed to support customer demand\r\nExperience with thermal sets\r\nExperience with plastics\r\nPrevious painting experience\r\nPhysical Requirements:Lift, carry, push and or pull 1-50 lbs frequently.\r\nSquat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.\r\nSit, stand, and walk for 1 -10 hours per day.\r\nHearing and vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and appropriate protective clothing.\r\nPay Range:\r\nPlease note the typical hiring range is $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly.
