This role will also oversee the facility’s safety and security programs, ensuring the company’s performance, housekeeping, equipment, and security standards are consistently being met.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES\n\nAssign work, set completion dates, review work, and manage performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes\nPartner with sales, inventory control, and operations support to ensure availability of products\nFacilitate the achievement of prescribed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding cost, productivity, customer service, profits, and team members. Analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend solutions to management\nPerform long-term labor forecasting based on sales forecasts and input from management\nCultivate a culture of productivity, belonging and responsibility. Communicate company goals and vision, objectives, and direction to warehouse staff\nEstablish an environment of teamwork, employee involvement/empowerment, fairness, and consistency.
