Working directly with major customers, partners, and OEM's to design high-performance storage area networks (SANs) and data center fabrics.\nKnowledge: Internally recognized technical or business contributor uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.\nPossesses a specialized level of technical expertise or business acumen with accomplished track record\nNetworked within the industry and acknowledged expert by peers\nRepresents the company at industry forum and conferences\nDevelop and/or applies innovative technologies and concepts\nTechnical or business consulting resource to business level managers\n- Job Complexity / Contribution : Works on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge or industry. Recognized as the in-house expert on specific technologies.\nMay manage resources to achieve group objectives\nDecisions have major impact on organization, both internally and externally\n- Supervision : Goals generally communicated in “solution” or project goal terms. Means of arriving at a solution not generally determined by other than the incumbent.\nSets direction for high-impact and/or long-range strategic/technical projects\nLeads major initiatives/projects\nVirtually self-supervisory\n- Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of related experience; or a Masters in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of related experience.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 129,400.00 To USD 207,000.00\n\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
