Our expectation is that we exceed our customers’ expectations on any of our projects while adhering to the companies’ core values, safety policies/ OSHA standards, and requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers\nProactively identifies and vets new business opportunities.\nPrepares detailed scope documents including RFP’s, RFIs, proposals, and estimates.\nParticipates in pre-bid, post-bid, and project take-off meetings.\nEnsures an effective hand-off to field operations upon completion of the estimating process.\nMaintains a strong understanding of market factors (pricing, materials, labor, etc.).\nUtilizes internal systems to maintain project documentation and historical trends.\nPerform value engineering analysis.\nProject Assessment: Reviewing project plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the scope of work and materials required.\nCost Estimation: Analyzing the project requirements to estimate the labor, materials, and all costs needed for electrical installations.\nBid Preparation: Develop detailed cost estimates to submit competitive bids for projects.
