Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator is based in Washington, DC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, preparing detailed project budgets, and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with various internal teams, maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders, and ensuring all estimates align with project objectives and timelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Estimating, including generating accurate cost and resource estimatesExperience with Quantity Take-offs and attention to detail in project scope analysisStrong Cost Management and Budgeting expertise to ensure financial efficiency in projectsExcellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team membersProven ability to collaborate across teams and manage project timelinesProficiency in construction-related software and cost estimation toolsKnowledge of building materials, codes, and construction methods is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPrevious experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable
