This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision.What You’ll DoSupport the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets.Work cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions.Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations.Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, or technology stack.You4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estateStrong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysisStrategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends—prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.Salary Range InformationThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
