You will continuously encounter technical issues that challenge and sharpen your skills.\nRole and Responsibilities\nJob Description\nHere’s what you’ll be responsible for:\nFollow SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively\nPerform Preventative Maintenance (PM) including mechanical assembly/disassembly on fab equipment\nUse structured problem solving to help find impactful solutions to complex problems\nAffectively communicate with engineers, leaders, and teammates\nWork in a team environment on the cleanroom floor in a full cleanroom smock\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere’s what you’ll need:\nHigh School diploma is required\nTechnical degree preferred but not required\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nStrong mechanical aptitude highly desired • Effective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nNight Shifts Include:\nB Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays\nD Shift – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays\nTotal Rewards\nAt Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
