Come build the future of pharmacy with us.\nJob Posting Title\nProgram Analyst Associate - Remote\nJob Description\nThe Associate Program Analyst is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support to one or more of Prime's functional areas: Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management (UM), Formulary, GuidedHealth, Pharmaceutical Trade Relations, Pharmacy Audit, Clinical Operations and/or Specialty Pharmacy.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for the coordination, project management and implementation of internal and/or client-facing initiatives, which may include: Quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee (P&T) coordination, annual formulary development and production, development and process support for Prime National and Client Utilization Management (UM) programs, review of regulatory requirements and adherence for processes related to Formulary, UM, GuidedHealth, and other programs\nServe as point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area including but not limited to: tracking department and program documentation, verification of information, coordinating any necessary follow up, generating and submitting regular reporting etc.\nMay support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations, internal and external communications, and the coordination of client meetings\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED\n1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or other related field\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship\nAdditional Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes\nDetail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nProficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate's degree or Bachelor's degree\nNational Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)\n3 years of PBM, Managed Care or Pharmaceutical/Trade experience\nProject Management skills\nKnowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management\nEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures\nEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
