In this role, you will play a pivotal role in scoping, designing, and building complex business solutions leveraging PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components. You will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices within our Power Platform practice.\n\n**For this position, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Cook does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in the governance of the Power Platform and configuration of the platform with regards DLP policies, retention schedules, roles / responsibilities and authentication/authorization solutions.\nProvide support the the community of practice of Citizen developers created to adopt the Power Platform.\nDevelop solutions on MS Dyamics 365 environment and migrate through the ALM pipeline of Azure DevOps and GitHub.\nIdentify, communicate, and mitigate potential technical risks\nWork in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to deliver well-designed solutions\nEnsure the architecture of a solution adheres to enterprise principles and standards across all architectural domains\nCollaborate with enterprise architects on the development and implementation of standards\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related discipline\nDeep knowledge in development of Power applications, RPA and knowledge of the functional capabilities of M365 E3 and E5.\nAppropriate certification such as\nPL 600 Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect\nPL 900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals\n\nDemonstrated ability in deployment/migrations using Azure DevOps and GitHub. Prior experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 environment/ Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Azure AD integration with SSO for M365 / SharePoint and knowledge in designing and implementing corporate Intranet and Extranet sites leveraging M365\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nWorks under general office environment conditions\nSitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment, etc.\nMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA\nRequires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferences\nInternational and domestic travel as required\n\n**For this position, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
