We prioritize a supportive community for our educators and families alike, ensuring that every child is equipped to thrive.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklin, TN, for ECE Educators. The responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans, facilitating engaging and developmentally appropriate educational activities, and cultivating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. ECE Educators will also communicate effectively with families, participate in staff training, and contribute to the collaborative growth of the school community.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and Education to support curriculum development and effective teaching practices.Strong Communication skills for fostering connections with families, colleagues, and children.Experience in Teaching and Training to promote best practices and continuous learning initiatives.Knowledge of DHS regulations.Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to inclusivity and fostering development in young learners.Minimum of a CDA, associate degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
