This role will serve as a technical lead for the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the Critical Infrastructure Information Sharing Environment (CI-ISE) and Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN-CI) platforms.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nLead the technical architecture, module development, and configuration of Drupal-based web platforms supporting critical infrastructure information sharing.\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure platform architectures within Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) and For Official Use Only (FOUO) environments.\nBuild and maintain seamless API integrations and content management frameworks across CISA/HSIN platforms.\nOptimize platform performance and scalability to ensure high availability for rapid operational and emergent event requirements.\nEnforce strict content governance and site hygiene by developing technical solutions to identify and remediate stale or duplicative content.\nEnsure all platform updates, interfaces, and deliverables achieve 100% compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.\nSupport Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to deploy secure and tested code updates to the production environment.\n\nRequired Skills, Competencies and Abilities:\n\nExpert-level proficiency in Drupal architecture, module development, and site configuration.\nDeep understanding of secure platform design within SBU/FOUO environments.\nAdvanced skills in API integration, web services, and content management frameworks.\nStrong capability in platform performance optimization, troubleshooting, and scalability.\n\nExperience and Technical Knowledge (REQUIRED):\n\nMinimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in web or platform development.\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience developing and managing Drupal-based platforms.\nCertifications: Active Drupal certification or Government-approved equivalent credential is required.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.\n\nEducation and General experience:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability / Public Trust or Entry on Duty (EOD) approval.
