Senior Clinical Project Manager
Job Title: Technical Project Manager with Life sciences Industry Location: Foster City, CA Duration: FTEPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support a strategic Data Strategy initiative within a Life Sciences organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data transformation, data governance, and enterprise data programs, combined with a solid understanding of Life Sciences processes and GxP regulatory requirements.This role will partner with business, data, technology, quality, and compliance stakeholders to drive planning, governance, execution, and adoption of enterprise-wide data strategy initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable managing complex cross-functional programs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of data-driven transformation programs.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end project and program governance, including steering committees, RAID management, status reporting, KPIs, and executive communications.• Drive planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment across Business, Data & Analytics, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT teams.• Support the development and execution of enterprise Data Strategy initiatives, including data governance, data quality, master data management, metadata management, and data modernization programs.• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic data initiatives.• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and strategic planning discussions.• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, data integrity principles, validation requirements, and Life Sciences industry standards.• Drive vendor management, delivery oversight, and collaboration with external partners and consulting teams.• Promote best practices for program governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Required Experience• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.• Preferred- leading enterprise Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Transformation, or Data Modernization programs.• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives within Life Sciences organizations.• Strong understanding of GxP regulations, data integrity, compliance requirements, and validation processes.• Experience working with business stakeholders, data teams, architects, analytics teams, and technology organizations.• Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.• Strong risk management, planning, governance, and delivery management skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in Life science, Biotechnology/Medical Device Industry• Experience supporting cloud-based data transformation initiatives.• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent Project Management certifications.• Experience working in global and highly regulated environments.• Good to Have : Exposure to Data Governance frameworks, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Catalog, or Enterprise Data Platforms.Lenora Systems upholds the policy of equal employment opportunity.
