We specialize in creating unforgettable birthday parties and events for kids ages 2–10 through fun activities, engaging games, and hands-on hosting. Position Overview
We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Party Hosts to join our team! As a Party Host, you’ll be the heart of the celebration — leading games and activities, guiding children through play spaces, assisting with food service, and ensuring that each party runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a lively environment, and enjoys creating unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Fun: Facilitate party activities, games, and structured play sessions with enthusiasm and energy.
Welcome & Assist Guests: Greet families and guests upon arrival, explain the party schedule, and guide them through each stage of the event.
Coordinate Activities: Help manage transitions between play areas (e.g., adventure playground, turf field, dance studio, party room) and ensure everything stays on schedule.
Food & Party Service: Assist with serving pizza, cake, and beverages, and help set up and clean up the party room.
Customer Care: Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians, making sure their expectations are met and exceeded.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other party hosts and staff to ensure a seamless event experience.
Safety & Supervision: Monitor children during playtime to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications
Must be energetic, outgoing, and great with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Prior experience working with children (teaching, coaching, camp, babysitting, or party hosting) is a plus
Must be available to work weekends and holidays (peak party times)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move actively for extended periods
Must be comfortable leading games and physical activities with children
