{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d38b66077eef1cf52f3a009e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d38b66077eef1cf52f3a009e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d38b66077eef1cf52f3a009e","title":"Operations Research Systems Analyst","description":"MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented OPERATIONS RESEARCH SYSTEMS ANALYST (ORSA) to join our team in QUANTICO, VA.\nThis role supports the execution of complex wargaming events, leveraging analytical methodologies to assess future force capabilities and shape Marine Corps doctrine.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nYou will design, develop, and execute wargames and tabletop exercises to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory's strategic objectives.\nYou will apply operations research, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling techniques to evaluate wargame outcomes and operational concepts.\nYou will collaborate with military planners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define wargame scenarios, objectives, and evaluation metrics.\nYou will collect, process, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data generated during wargaming events to identify trends and capability gaps.\nYou will prepare comprehensive analytical reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.\nYou will support the integration of modeling and simulation tools to enhance the realism and analytical rigor of wargame execution.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline and 5+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of military operations, wargaming, or defense planning.
