Coverage NeededStart Date: July 30, 2026End Date: OngoingSchedule: 24 hours with 12 hours onsite with 12 hours of offsite call coverageCall Schedule: 8:00pm-8:00am night call coverage (following 8:00am-8:00pm onsite shift)Open Dates: July 30 (8a) - Aug 3 (8a)Ongoing coverage is vacation coverage and can be as minimal as 2 shifts per month ongoingClinical DetailsEMR System: EpicPractice Settings: Inpatient (Medical ICU)Patients Per Day: Typically 7-8 seen, with 1-2 admissionsSupport Staff: RNBeds: 10 bed ICUTrauma Level: Level IIIDuties/Responsibilities: Rounding in ICU; working with other specialties in an open ICU environmentRequired Procedures: Bronchoscopies, line placements, intubationsCall: Called in at night only and usually 1 out of every 2-3 shifts onWhen called back the physician would come back to do an admission in the middle of the night or the occasional very critical patient that needs more attentionRequirementsBoard: Board Certified Critical Care and Board Certified PulmonaryLicenses: Active CO license (highly preferred); IMLC considered with priorityActive DEA (highly preferred)will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts workedAvailable for listed datesMalpractice: Clean malpractice/backgroundNPDB: Self-inquiry NPDB reportMust be able to perform all of the required procedures
