This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality car wash services. The General Manager will lead and inspire the team, oversee scheduling and staffing, manage budgets, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Additionally, the position involves fostering strong community relationships and ensuring a clean, safe, and positive work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a teamOperations management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, and process improvementCustomer service and interpersonal skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfactionProblem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectivelyExperience in facility maintenance and equipment troubleshooting is a plusProficiency with basic technology tools and software for operational reporting and communicationAbility to work in an on-site environment and perform physical tasks, including standing and lifting moderate weightsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in retail, operations, or a related industry is an advantage
