Wall Residences is seeking a Developmental Disability Services Program Manager with the following qualifications:\nClinical background with working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports\nThe ability to develop supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff as well as with individuals who receive services and their families\nA background connecting people to meaningful community activities\nBachelor's Degree in a Human Services field is required. At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD) and two years’ experience supervising employees is preferred.\nTelecommuting position with some flexibility. Home office and internet access required. Program Managers are provided with a computer, phone, company gas card, access to excellent training, and continuing education reimbursement.
