Must have good knowledge of labor standard development and efficiency improvement methodology. Additional skills in manufacturing include project management, commitment to quality and familiarity with safety and environmental standards. Evaluate and eliminate waste in the manufacturing process while applying innovative systems to improve company workflows which includes identifying criteria, quality speed and consistently measuring behaviors and evaluating success with a focus on reducing delays, unproductive downtime while maximizing output.
