We are passionate about optimizing and defining PPA across this configuration space, to enable all possible use cases. This requires developing a deep understanding of the designs from our in‑house synthesis, place & route flows and successfully mapping this knowledge into a partner’s environment. Spanning implementation flow & methodology development, partner support, implementation analysis & optimization, RTL design feedback, power analysis and many other challenges there are always opportunities to learn and develop.\nResponsibilities Ensure delivered IP can achieve partner goals.\nDevelop an understanding of design space PPA to guide early what-if analysis.\nIdentify optimization opportunities.\nSupport team flexibility by keeping up to date with their latest issues and challenges.\nRequired Skills and Experience Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant technical fields.\nOwnership of the technical delivery for a large project or program.\nSignificant experience in and knowledge of the entire IC design flow, from RTL through to GDS2 on 5, 3 and 2nm nodes.\nThe ability to communicate insights effectively to engineers both with and without an implementation background.\nAble to identify and solve emerging challenges, develop associated tooling and methodologies and promote their use with international teams.\nSolid scripting skills e.g. TCL, Python, Perl, R.\nNice To Have Skills and Experience A wide range of programming, scripting and data presentation languages (e.g., Tcl, sh, csh, make, R, C, C++, Java, JS, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Perl, Python, Ruby, Svelte, …).\nLow power design techniques (power gating, voltage/frequency scaling).\nARM SoC architecture.\nSystem interconnect & protocols.\nVerilog RTL design.\nData management, Artifactory, LakeFS, PostgreSQL, MySQL.\nIn Return A place in a welcoming team with competitive pay and benefits.
