The ideal Field Foreman has the drive to take ownership of projects, lead by example, inspire their crew, and help push our team to the next level.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead, teach, and mentor crew members to help them grow and succeedWork hands-on alongside your crew to complete projects safely and efficientlyCoordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain productivityComplete required company/client documentationManage tools, equipment, materials, and other jobsite resourcesEnsure assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good working conditionPromote and enforce company safety standards at all timesCommunicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team membersQualificationsConstruction experience preferredGrain system/equipment installation experience preferredWelding and fabrication experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityProven leadership and problem-solving skillsValid drivers license with the ability to operate company vehiclesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead by examplePhysical RequirementsAbility to perform heavy physical labor in hot and cold environmentsFrequent walking, standing, lifting, climbing, reaching, and handling materialsAbility to climb ladders and stairs regularlyAbility to lift 50+ poundsComfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancement and leadership growthHome most nights on regional projectsA strong team environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
