This position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).\nAs our Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting, safeguarding company assets, and establishing robust internal controls in alignment with US GAAP standards. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding financial decisions, optimizing financial assets, and coordinating accounting operational functions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee general accounting, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.\nManage the monthly close process and collaborate with financial analysts.\nDevelop integrated financial models for leadership and accurate cash flow forecasts.\nCoordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and implementing recommendations.\nSupervise federal and state tax reporting and oversee payroll accuracy.\nEstablish relationships with banks and financial institutions.\nProvide actionable insights to senior leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain accounting systems, internal controls, and financial policies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.\nCPA or CMA certification required.\n3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Gravity accounting software (or similar).\nStrong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.\nCulture and Equal Opportunity: At Straub Collaborative, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
