Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.\n\nJob Description\n\nExperience with webMethods Integration and webMethods products like Designer,IntegrationServer,My webMethods server, Universal Messaging etc.,\nGood understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level. Experience developing web services and an understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Familiar with Portals and Portal development.\nProvides the application of technical/functional skills to our customers and implement successful solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes. Also, has the ability to respond to detail queries by the customer.\nGood knowledge of design patterns, and recommends proper usage of patterns. Guides (and helps others) in creating and reusing components.\nExpected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.\nResponsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale faster.\nPart of client teams as a senior resource and help meet client project objectives or be required to travel extensively.\nMandatory Skills:-\nPrepare and develop appropriate systems documentation as required by client/project needs. Independently write, debug and test code from specifications using SAG/WebMethods tools and other tools as appropriate. Assist in analysis of business problems with high complexity. Sets standards for quality at code, design and architecture levels.\nWorks as a fully contributing team members, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibility.\nExperience with following areas:\nWebMethods or Software AG products like Designer, IntegrationServer, My webMethods server, Universal Messaging/Broker etc.,\nGood Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM).\nJava/C++/object oriented programming\nXML exposure\nRDBMS (any Oracle, Informix, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)\nUnix or NT\nEAI, middleware, or other integration experience, Tibco, SeeBeyond,Vitria a plus.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.\nAt least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.\n\nAdditional Information\n\n** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
