Visual Merchandising Manager

Position Overview Visual Merchandising Manager/Senior Specialist leads in-store visual merchandising execution and retail training to ensure consistent brand presentation, elevate customer experience, and drive sales performance across all stores.Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising (70%) Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and consistent brand presentation. Conduct store audits and identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and visual execution. Localize and implement VM guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams. Support new store openings, including setup and on-site visual execution. Manage VM budgets, including props and graphics, ensuring cost efficiency and proper resource allocation. Oversee inventory and storage of VM materials, ensuring effective utilization and control. Develop in-store VM capabilities through coaching and on-the-job training.Retail Training (30%) Design and deliver training programs focused on visual merchandising, product presentation, and store execution. Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to elevate store team capability. Develop training materials and maintain training records. Partner with retail leaders to identify training needs and improve store performance.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within retail (sportswear/fashion preferred) Experience in retail training or coaching is a plus Strong understanding of store operations and consumer experience Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-store execution Passion for sports and retailSkills & Competencies Strong visual sense and attention to detail Effective communication and training delivery skills Hands-on, execution-focused, and highly collaborative Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel as needed
