Multiple levels are available, providing opportunities for candidates with varying levels of hands-on manufacturing experience.This is an excellent opportunity to build or advance your career in the medical device manufacturing industry. Operators will perform detailed manufacturing activities requiring precision, strong hand-eye coordination, and consistent adherence to established quality and production procedures.The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, is comfortable performing detailed work under a microscope, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality products.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Perform hands-on medical device manufacturing, production, and assembly activities.\n* Use microscopes to complete detailed manufacturing, assembly, and inspection tasks.\n* Handle and manipulate small components using appropriate hand tools.\n* Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards.\n* Read, understand, and accurately interpret manufacturing documentation.\n* Inspect products and components to ensure they meet established quality requirements.\n* Perform basic production-related calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\n* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive manufacturing tasks.\n* Communicate effectively with supervisors, trainers, and production team members.\n* Participate in required training and consistently apply learned procedures on the manufacturing floor.\n* Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.\n* Support additional production responsibilities based on operator level and business needs.\n\n*QualificationsRequired Qualifications*\n\n* Minimum *6 months of hands-on manufacturing experience*.\n* Comfortable performing detailed work using a microscope.\n* Ability to follow manufacturing policies, procedures, and work instructions.\n* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.\n* Ability to handle small components and use hand tools.\n* Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\n* Ability to maintain dependable and consistent attendance.\n* Must successfully complete required *vision and color-vision testing*.\n\n*Preferred Experience*\n\n* Medical device manufacturing experience is highly desirable but not required.\n* Precision assembly or inspection experience.\n* Previous microscope experience.\n* Experience working with small components and hand tools.\n* Experience in a regulated or quality-controlled manufacturing environment.\n* Stable manufacturing or production employment history.\n\n*Operator level (I, II, or III), shift assignment, and pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and position availability.*\n\n*Physical Requirements*Candidates must be able to:\n\n* Sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours during the workday.\n* Perform detailed and repetitive work using microscopes and small hand tools.\n* Demonstrate close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\n* Occasionally crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.\n* Lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.\n* Maintain accuracy and concentration throughout repetitive production activities.\n\n*USOPS*\n\nPay: $18.25 -
