We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nMaintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the relevant departments.\nEnsure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to the aircraft crew in person without delays.\nEnsure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer’s instructions.\nConduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.\nIdentify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.\nConfirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.\nWork alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.\nDrive the company vehicle airside into the terminal to meet the DO & CO delivery truck and personally hand over catering meals, act as the company’s representative during delivery, verify completeness at handover, address and accommodate reasonable requests as needed, and ensure a professional and compliant transfer to the aircraft crew.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, upholding DO & CO standards.\nQualifications:\n\nAll airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.\nMust have a valid driver's license.\nA minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service, is beneficial.\nAbility to work approximately 50% - 70% of the workday inside a cooler or refrigerated environment.\nExcellent planning and coordination skills.\nOutstanding communication skill with a hands-on approach.\nComputer literate.
